Rapid expansion of TheHomeMag has been based on two factors: developing a duplicatable formula for reaching the right audience for advertisers through a constantly evolving targeted distribution list, and providing opportunities for people to own a franchise business with a reasonable financial threshold of entry.
Goebel states, “We are aware that not all great operators have the capital to invest in their own business. Our plan is to capture the best business and sales people by offering an affordable option for franchise ownership. We are opening locations that can be purchased for almost one-third of our normal franchise fee. These locations have smaller populations, but franchisees can still be very successful. For many, it is a way to return to their hometown with an opportunity to make a comparatively substantial income. Our franchise model allows each franchisee to focus solely on sales consulting, customer service, and business management while design, production and distribution are handled by corporate. Franchisees are trained and supported by TheHomeMag in a way that affords them the best opportunity to become successful without having prior experience in publishing.”
TheHomeMag was created to provide an efficient method for delivering remodeling inspiration to homeowners.
