G.J. Gardner Homes will make its debut in Larimer County through a franchise agreement with local builder Bill Stenberg, managing partner of Urban Solutions LLC.
The award-winning, Australian-based company has expanded internationally through franchising, with each office owned and operated by local builders.
The agreement is expected to bring the Northern Colorado community more than 70 custom homes in the next three years.
G.J. Gardner will open its new sales office in late May at 1569 Fall River Drive, Suite 161, next to Quizno’s and across from Panera Bread in Loveland. Hours are 9 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and by appointment.
Bill and Kimberly Stenberg, who moved to Parker in 2006, said they always knew they’d end up back in Northern Colorado.
“Acquiring the franchise for GJ Gardner Homes – Larimer County is our ticket back home,” Kim Stenberg said.
